The latest global marketing trends report for 2021 from Deloitte Insights has been released, with a focus on agility and authenticity set to play a major role for brands during these uncertain times.

The report focused on two surveys; one consisting of 2,500 adult consumers from Asia, the Middle East, North America and Europe, and the other made up of over 400 executive-level managers from US-based global companies.

As we near 2021, with all the uncertainty that comes with it, the Global Marketing Trends 2021 suggests that consumers are looking for trust and loyalty from brands above all, so what trends should we be looking out for?
