Cheap Storage Ltd provides outdoor container storage solutions and is renowned for affordable pricing, great customer service and secure facilities. The company had recently commissioned a website designer to build a new website. However, after six months enquiry levels were extremely low and the site didn’t represent the business. The website content didn’t hit the mark with the target audience.

The first thing was research. We wanted to understand who the target customer was, their buying motivations and habits, and what wasn’t working with their current digital marketing efforts. We then designed and built a new responsive WordPress website. The objective was to focus on the user journey to increase conversions. The content had to be sharp and to the point but also appeal to women who, at the time, represented a minority of customers.
THE RESULTS
We had another happy customer! Following the successful launch of the website:
- Enquiries increased by 600%
- New business was generated locally through a targetted print campaign
- We created an identical website for Cheap Storage Hertford following the success of the Cheap Storage Ltd website
- The website’s success led to the client purchasing additional containers to increase capacity
